Interim Administrator & Mentoring

I have a deep understanding of our health care system. Personally, I have experienced the depths of sadness and the highs of happiness as a user and a provider. As a daughter and a wife my eyes were opened, my heart broken, and my determination strengthened.  My mother and my husband used home health, assisted living, skilled care, and hospice care all with positive outcomes. These personal experiences have shaped my dedication and commitment to the care of our elders as much, if not more, than any other factor in my career or educational background.                                                                                                                                --Sally

Today's health care leaders must be prepared to address a multitude of complex issues. I work with your facility staff to achieve the desired outcomes.

"As my preceptor, the knowledge and wisdom you have imparted upon me has been a great help and support. I believe my success is at least in part due to your sincere support and mentorship.

I want to express my deepest gratitude for believing in me. You have been an excellent friend, teacher, mentor and a great inspiration for me. You have inspired me to pursue my goals with hard work and dedication. You have shown me the value of honesty, sincerity and trust in business. I truly appreciate and value everything I have learned from you. It will forever remain a major contributor behind my success and achievements. You have been invaluable to me and the facility as a consultant."

"I truly thank you for the outstanding service and care that you provided Grandma Vadheim, brother in law Tom Biggar "Gus," Dad, Mom and Pat. You are a wonderful lady and you did so much good in building the ULC. If you ever need a reference for your services,

I have the experience to know how wonderful you are.
